Topics have ranged from the latest hands-on treatment for wounds to emergency response, fund-raising and lobbying. The goal is to raise the standard of wildlife care in Australia through education and collaboration.

The conference runs Monday to Wednesday with Thursday and Friday being workshops and excursions of the local areas, and all food provided is vegetarian.
