Nurses are the heart of healthcare.  Always there to care for a stranger as if they were one of their own.

The increasing emotional and physical demands of the job and the impact of moral injury has resulted in 40% of Nurses experiencing burnout at some point in their career.   

Having a robust, individualised self care program in place can help “beat the burnout”

Utilising my 20 years experience as a Nurse, alongside my knowledge of Mindfulness, Meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy I have broken self care down into 5 aspects.

Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual and Indulgence.  

In this workshop we will look at : 

Stress / Burnout - The personal and professional impact
The 5 aspects of self care
Each aspect individually and how they impact on each of the others.
I will share tips and tricks to help you ensure that each aspect is being addressed.
I will walk you through a process to design your own self care plan.
