Participants will explore the effect of having less than 6 hours of sleep in a night which is likened by scientists to being drunk the next day. We can be so motivated, wanting to DO more, BE more, achieve MORE... but in wanting all this we’re actually ‘un- sleeping’ ourselves into the very opposite of peak performance. In this workshop guests will discuss in depth, sleep and energy, and how you can optimise it for peak performance. This workshop is designed to unveil your most productive, energised and inspired self in all facets of your work and your life. We will be sharing our favourite and easily actionable techniques to get you there. You will also walk away with a Sleep & Energy Kit to support you to nail your sleep routine.
