Some important things you need to know and frequently asked questions: What does my registration include? Entry to 2.5-day workshop Access to some keynote presentations and networking sessions of the Mainstream Conference Oppotunity to sit ICML exam All lunches, refreshments, morning and afternoon teas Full course material Post-workshop access to the community What fees am I being charged? If you select to «Pay by invoice» your registration will incur a $2.00 booking fee (the fees displayed for each registration type will adjust once your payment option is selected). If you pay by credit card your registration will incur a 2% processing fee + a $2.00 booking fee. When will I receive my Invoice / Paid Tax Invoice? The Eventful Group operates independently of Eventbrite. It generally takes around 2-3 working days for an invoice/paid tax invoice to be generated following registration on Eventbrite. My credit card won’t process in Eventbrite, can I still pay using my card? Yes! Please select Pay by Invoice during the registration process, then call our office on +61 2 9955 7400 and we can process your card payment over the phone. Can I pay by another method? Yes. If your company would rather issue a purchase order instead of using a credit card just click on ‘Register’ above, and during the registration process you will be able to select Pay by Invoice. Please be aware that all invoices need to be settled before attending the conference. Can I update my registration information? Yes, just call or email. Is my registration transferable? Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to someone else in your team, just call or email. Can I cancel my registration? All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event. Tickets may not be shared – one delegate per ticket. The Eventful Group Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for cancellations. Cancellations received in writing more than fourteen days prior to the event date: Will receive a credit note to the value of the registration, less a service fee of 15% (+GST). The credit note is not transferrable to any other event except the event for which the credit note has been issued. Cancellations occurring less than fourteen days (inclusive) of the event date: Will receive credit to the value of the registration, less a service fee of 25% (+GST) . The credit note is not transferrable to any other event except the event for which the credit note has been issued. A registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same company at any time at no charge. Credit notes must be used within one year from the date of issue. Delegates are responsible for any incremental cost in the price of registration.
