Mentoring is defined as a relationship between an experienced and a less experienced person in which the mentor provides guidance, advice, support and feedback to the mentee to support their future experience and growth.
Therefore, the aim of the PEPA Mentoring Workshop is to develop current palliative care health professionals to support generalist health care professionals to understand the value and importance of working with a palliative approach to care.

Communication Skills
Feedback Skills
Organisational Skills and
Ability to discover / develop talent and skills in others that comes from a positive mentoring relationship
