Area of Interest: Languages

"Feel at home anywhere with languages"

If you don’t already speak Spanish, you really should consider learning, like, ahora!
Whether you want to improve your job prospects, keep your mind sharp, or explore the Aztec towns without having to rely on Siri to ask for directions, Spanish can help you achieve all that and more.

With over 400 million native speakers worldwide, Spanish is the second-most widely spoken language in the world today. The twenty-one countries where Spanish is an official language, have fascinatingly rich and varied cultures. Whether you’re interested in exploring further off the Inca Trail, Flamenco or meeting locals at the Tapas Bars and Cantinas, Spanish is one of the most useful and passionate languages to learn today.
We invite you to spend a few hours every week in Spain or South America with us, to learn the language of Picasso, Almodovar, Frida Kahlo, and Lionel Messi.
UNSW Global courses are designed to create opportunities for real-life communication practice and connect you with other people who share your interests. Taught by highly qualified native speakers on the UNSW Campus Kensington, evening classes can provide you with the means to achieve fluency in your target language.
Did you know:
-        Spanish is a quickly growing language, and is actually the second most studied language in the world today!
-        In addition to the 21 countries that have Spanish as an official language, it’s also spoken by about 15% of the US population.
This course runs on Wednesdays from  6:30pm-8:30pm for 10 weeks.
