Each element of the event involve some element of the central theme: Sparkling SYDNEY This inaugural major food + wine event will be a celebration of flavour, sustainability, and ethical produce. This is a free public event for all to enjoy! Tasting Ticket Packages start with 1 x Sparkling branded tasting glass + 4 tasting tickets for $26 + booking fee Wine – 1 x tasting ticket entitles patrons to a suggested serve of 50ml per ticket. 3 x tasting tickets enable patrons to purchase a glass of wine (suggested serve of approx 150ml) increase of tickets for any super premium wine (at the discretion of the winery).
