Winter Ferments Workshop, Bega, Sunday, 19. August 2018

Learn how to make ferments to keep you and your family healthy this Winter.
The ferments you'll make in this workshop will include Beet Kvass, Preserved Lemons, Fire Cider and Sauerkraut.
Your teacher for this workshop is Nikki Wagner. Nikki is a qualified Nutritionist and passionate wellness advocate.
The cost of this workshop includes all ingredients, recipes and morning tea. You will need to bring along the following items;
pen & paperaproncutting boardknife, largetea towelbox or esky to place ferments into for your ride homeglass jars - 1 x 2-litre, 4 x 1-litre, a few smaller jars
